- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.
- Closing customer contracts and generating new sales.
- Utilizing social media platforms and cold calling to garner customer interest, generate new leads and create brand awareness.
- Evaluating keywords, trends, competitors, and market behavior to identify opportunities
- Educating customers about our business solutions.
- Coordinating with team members and facilitating collaboration in the workplace to best meet deadlines both internal & external
- Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel.
