We are looking for a BIM Manager as per the following:
1) Post: BIM Manager
2) Education Background: Diploma or Degree in Civil/ Architecture
3) Total Work Experience: More than 8 years
4) Job Location: Work from Chennai office
5) Nature of Job: Permanent (Full time)
6) Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit MEP
7) Must have hands on for 4D, 5D.
8) Must have knowledge of AR integrations with the model.
9) Should be adept in VDC platforms and hands on WMS simulations.
10) Must have COBIE & FM integration exposure.
11) Must have handled infrastructure projects.
12) Must have knowledge of Power BI integrations with MS projects and setting up BIM dashboards.
13) Experience of Synchro exposure, Dynamo scripting and Digital twin integration with FM tools is a value added.
14) Joining Period: Within 30 days
15) Fluent in written & spoken English.
